An implant and an implant member for attaching to living biological tissue of a human being or an animal. The implant has an outer surface comprising a first part and a second part which have different properties with regard to the biocompatibility of each part with biological tissue. The implant includes at least one surface portion comprising a ground surface making up the first part and one or several delimited regions making up said second part.
