<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device which performs a form overlay printing processing appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: If a printing mode is a spinning sort printing mode (S101 is YES), even if a paper feed tray used is switched to the paper feed tray which keeps an overlay form different from the one assigned to the 1st paper feed tray was assigned in the middle of the form overlay printing of printing data, a laser printer performs form selection control processing (S104, S105, S106) which use selectively the overlay form assigned to the 1st paper feed tray.
