ULTRASONIC WELDING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device capable of welding the welding part formed to a sheet material to be processed so as to form a welded part with a constant width dimension to an edge side in spite of a simple structure even in a case that the welding part has either one of a linear shape and a curved shape.

SOLUTION: The ultrasonic welding device includes a press member 1 to be pressed against the receiving surface 3 of an ultrasonic vibration horn member 2 for the sheet material to be processed in a freely reciprocating manner from an orthogonal direction. The press member 1 includes a cutting edge 13 provided to its most leading end as a triangular blade shape having an inclined welding press edge surface 14 when looked in the feed direction of the intermittently fed sheet material.
