摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive nonaqueous electrolyte lithium ion secondary battery having high discharge capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte lithium ion secondary battery is composed of a positive electrode using a lithium-containing metal composite oxide as an active material, a negative electrode using a metal composite oxide having amorphous structure, and a nonaqueous electrolyte.
