PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a name plate for attaching a name plate at an opening of a decoration panel accurately in a simple structure without causing dislocation in position. SOLUTION: An opening 7 formed on a decoration panel 5A of an electronic device 1 and arranged in a complementary profile with a plane shape of the name plate 6 at the decoration panel 5A, and a rear plate 8 mounted on a rear face of the decoration panel 5A for covering the opening 7 and having a name plate fixing unit 14 facing the opening 7 are provided. The name plate 6 is fixed at the name plate fixing unit 14 of the rear plate 8 mounted on the decoration panel 5A in a way that at least part of the name plate 6 in a thickness direction is inserted in the opening 7.
