PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for finding out a specific substance becoming a biomarker to measure it with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The combination of antibodies due to a sandwich ELISA method is constituted of a goat species anti-HSP47 polyclonal antibody and a mouse species anti-HSP47 monoclonal antibody to make it possible to measure HSP47 becoming the biomarker even in a case of a very small amount. Since the judgment of a cancer treatment effect and the index of the condition of a disease at the time of progress observation are obtained and can be applied to the early discovery of recurrence, this measuring method is useful. Further, in an inflammatory disease or a disease, wound healing or a disease showing fibrilation to the tissue of a collagen disease, fibroid lung, cirrhosis, etc., an index for knowing the formation degree of a fiber is obtained.
