PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire and a tire tube capable of improving the comfortableness of the riding of a non-puncture tire by reducing pinch puncture, hitting puncture, and internal wear puncture on a step or a poor road which occupies the majority of puncture causes, and sufficiently maintaining traveling, in the event of puncture by external damage by a foreign matter without sealing a damaged part. SOLUTION: Arbitrary amounts of powder and grains which are elastic bodies such as rubber and not dispersed even if nails and drawing pins are stuck thereto are injected into the tire and the tire tube, and furthermore, air is injected thereto with an amount suitable for traveling.
