PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus 11 capable of adjusting bathtub water reheating ability and attaining the simplification of a constitution and cost reduction. SOLUTION: The hot water supply apparatus comprises a mixing valve 35 adjusting the mixing ratio between hot water taken out of a hot water storage tank 17 through a hot water takeout line 31 and water supplied from a water supply line 20 to supply hot the water of a predetermined temperature. Hot water supplied from the mixing valve 35 is supplied into a bathtub 14 from a hot water supply line 40 for the bathtub to fill the bathtub 14 with hot water. Hot water supplied from the mixing valve 35 is allowed to flow to a reheating heat exchanger 44 of a reheating circulating line 43, and hot water and bathtub water from the bathtub 14 are heat-exchanged by the reheating heat exchanger 44 to reheat bathtub water in the bathtub 14. Bathtub water reheating ability can be adjusted by using the mixing valve 35. The hot water takeout line 31 and the mixing valve 35 can be used in common for hot water filling and reheating.
