PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which reduces the number of part items to thereby reduce the manufacturing cost, and prevents vibration of an inner tube to thereby prevent interference sound by vibration of the inner tube. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 20 comprises: the inner tube 22; and an outer tube 23 disposed so as to surround the outer circumference of the inner tube 22. The inner tube 22 is formed by bending one end part of one sheet-like member 21, and the outer tube 23 is formed by bending the other end part of the one sheet-like member 21.
