发明名称 METHOD FOR ELECTROCHEMICALLY IMMOBILIZING PARTICLE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reversibly immobilizing a macro-particle which is larger than a biological substance such as peptide and protein, by using an electrochemical reaction. SOLUTION: The method for electrochemically immobilizing the particle onto an electroconductive material comprises the steps of: (1) reacting the particle with a tag which includes a coordinate bond site with a metal ion and a bond site with the particle in each end, and making the tag bond to the surface of the particle through the bond site with the particle; (2) making the tag modified particle obtained in the step (1) coordinate with the metal ion; and (3) immobilizing the particle coordinated with the metal ion onto the electroconductive material through the metal atom produced by reducing the metal ion, by making the particle coordinated with a metal ion obtained in the step (2) approach the electroconductive material, and applying a reduction potential to the electroconductive material.
