<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition having high flowability, free from bleeding or hardening shrinkage and having high resistance against crack due to drying shrinkage, grout mortar and a grout construction method. <P>SOLUTION: The grout composition (1) contains cement, an expansive admixture, a shrinkage reducing agent, a melt-spun basalt fiber, a water reducer, a defoamant and aggregate, where in the composition (1), the grout composition (2) contains 0.1-10 pts. melt-spun basalt fiber per 100 pts. in total of the portland cement and the expansive admixture. (3) The grout composition (1) or (2) further contains dextrin. (4) The grout mortar is prepared by mixing one of the grout compositions (1)-(3) with water.
