<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing frozen pizza dough, capable of easily obtaining an optional form of a pizza crust, a frozen pizza dough-packaged material obtained by the above method and having an excellent handling property, and a method for simply producing the pizza, capable of selecting desired forms and topping materials. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the frozen pizza dough comprises (A) a dough-preparing process of mixing materials containing wheat flour, yeast and water for preparing the dough, (B) a dough-fermenting process of fermenting the dough, (C) a dough-putting in process of forming the fermented dough as a cylindrical form and putting it in a packaging material, (D) a reduced pressure-packing process of reducing the pressure at the inside of the packaging material to which the dough is put-in and hermetically closing, and (E) a freezing process of freezing the pizza dough in the hermetically closed package under the reduced pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
