<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive piezoelectric sensor suppressing the generation of noise, and to provide a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric sensor is provided with a piezoelectric element 2 made of a high polymer material, a first electrode-holding member 3 arranged on one side of the piezoelectric element 2 and holding a signal electrode 3b on a first insulator 3a, and a second electrode-holding member 4 arranged on the other side of the piezoelectric element 2 and holding a ground electrode 4b held on a second insulator 4a.
