PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution apparatus which is capable of easily setting and updating an advertisement to be inserted into a program, and furthermore, is capable of easily acquiring advertisement related information.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an advertisement distribution apparatus which implements a campaign by distributing contents to a viewer terminal of a viewer who has accessed a predetermined Web server, wherein campaign contents containing target conditions for specifying a viewer of a target to distribute the advertisement are generated, contents with previously accumulated viewer attributed matched to the target conditions are selected, and the contents are distributed to the viewer terminal.
