<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incentive to improve the awareness of safety driving by immediately making an unexpected endowment amount that fluctuates from hour to hour browsable in dependence on an expected payment pure premium rate about endowment performed in order to return the benefits of an automobile insurance company to a community. <P>SOLUTION: An unexpected endowment amount output device 10 is comprised of an operation unit 11 for carrying out an operation for an unexpected endowment amount, a memory unit 13 for storing data necessary for the operation and a communication control unit 14 for transmitting the unexpected endowment amount calculated by the operation unit 11 to a user terminal 30. The unexpected endowment amount output device 10 transmits information including the unexpected endowment amount calculated by the operation unit 11 to the user terminal 30 connected to a network 20 via the communication control unit 14.
