PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination fixture in which no movable member other than a louver is necessary while the fixture is arranged movable to a position where lamp exchange is not disturbed without detaching the louver from the fixture main body. SOLUTION: The fixture main body 3 has a pair of protrusion pieces 23 protruding toward the direction approaching each other in the inner side faces of a pair of edge plates, and a pair of pins 25 protruding toward the direction approaching closer to each other on a straight line perpendicular to the edge plates from a sideward of each protruding piece 23. The louver 4 has a locking piece 19 that is engaged with the protruding piece 23 and a long hole 24 into which the pin 25 is inserted at the counter site to the inner side face of the edge plate. The long hole 24 is extended so that a fixing position where the pin 25 is arranged in a state that the locking piece 19 and the protruding piece 23 are engaged, and a rotating position where the pin 25 is arranged in a state that engaging of the locking piece 19 and the protruding piece 23 is disengaged, may be linked together via the longitudinal guide part 24a and the lateral guide part 24b of pin passing width size.
