PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually control access to a plurality of terminal devices from other users, when predetermined users use the plurality of terminal devices which are connected to a network. SOLUTION: A network server 22 receives, from a terminal device, access authority setting information by which terminal specifying information for specifying one of the plurality of terminal devices belonging to the predetermined user is related to user information that indicates other users to whom the access authority for the terminal device specified by the terminal specifying information is given. Based on the access authority setting information received, the network server 22 sets the access authority for the terminal device specified by the terminal specifying information so that the authority that enables access of the terminal device, specified by the terminal specifying information, is given to other users, indicated by the user information which is related to the terminal-specifying information.
