PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a message delivery in a Pub/Sub system, having a subscriber registration free from time-lag and reduced network traffic. SOLUTION: On a message registration, a message registration time is stored in a message delivery information table, information of a node device, or a delivery destination of the message, is read out from a subscriber registration information table, and the message is delivered to the delivery destination node device. When the message registration time in message information of the message delivery information table is posterior to subscriber registration time in notified subscriber registration information, the message indicated by the message information is delivered to the delivery destination node device indicated by the subscriber registration information.
