PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish an examination recording system capable of improving efficiency in arranging examination records and examination record data. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an examination recording system characterized in comprising at least one portable terminal which inputs examination result data of an object to be examined and to which time data are inputted; at least one digital camera which photographs image recording data of the object to be examined as required and to which time data are inputted; and an arithmetic control means which merges, arranges and stores examination results inputted from the portable terminal and image records inputted from the digital camera sequentially from earlier time data thereof to later time data.
