PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong email sending by determining the possibility of transmitting the email to a wrong destination on the basis of the past mail history information when a communication terminal having an email sending-and-receiving function transmits email. SOLUTION: A keyword extracting unit 205 extracts a keyword group 206 by addresses of the other parties from mail history information of at least sent mail and extracts a keyword group 208 from the intended-to-be-sent mail information 202. A comparing and determining unit 207 determines the possibility of having a wrong destination by comparing the keyword group 208 in the intended-to-be sent mail with the keyword group 206 by addresses of the other parties.
