PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who has a specific drawing material or a writing instrument to easily create a color chart of the drawing material or the writing instrument and correctly identify colors. SOLUTION: A plurality of frames, and the name of color and/or the number corresponding to the name of color to be applied in each frame are printed on a sheet of paper or the like to prepare a sheet for creating a color chart of the drawing material or the writing instrument.
