PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for positioning a packing box with respect to a coating sheet. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a belt for conveying the sheet from an adhesive applying unit to a device for center-aligning the box with respect to the sheet, and an optical sensor for specifying a position of the sheet on a surface of a belt conveyer, and the belt comprises at least two areas, on the surface of the belt conveyer, having contrasting colors.
