PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional inner sheet capable of absorbing leaking urine easily, securely, and safely, which solves problems of conventional inner sheets for leaking urine for male such as deflection due to shape mismatch, pain in peeling attached seal, troublesomeness in putting on and taking off, and inconvenience in carrying due to bulkiness. SOLUTION: A urine absorbing member, processed and molded in the shape of a three-dimensional mask which can be compactly folded to be conveniently carried, is sandwiched between a fluid permeating sheet on the inner side, and a fluid non-permeating sheet on the outer side to be pressure-stuck and packaged. A hollow is provided at a lower part of the inner sheet for fixing the glans. Stripes of seal which can be adhesively fixed to underwear are provided on the outer side of the fluid non-permeable sheet. Adhesiveness of the seal is set in such a range that the sheet can be fixed, and that it can be smoothly peeled even when attached to the skin of penis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
