PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for chest compression system which can keep an approximately fixed position and power direction for chest compression system on the chest of a patient (stability), and can be used easily and rapidly, and assembled rapidly with a few parts, and can be used to suit for the different shapes and sizes of patients, and to provide a chest compression system having the supporter. SOLUTION: The supporter comprises a back board 1, a front 2, and a side 3, wherein the front has a seat 4 for a compression part 5, and the side can provide an adjustable interval d between the seat and the back board.
