摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the amusement of a game in a high-probability state by preventing the game in the high-probability state from being terminated with a jackpot game having a disadvantageous high-probability state as the initiator while utilizing the game property with both an advantageous jackpot game in which a player can easily acquire winning balls and a disadvantageous jackpot game in which the player can not easily acquire winning balls. SOLUTION: A main CPU in the game machine determines either a first opening pattern or a second opening pattern in determining a jackpot. In the first opening pattern, a longer period of time is set for easily acquiring winning balls than in the second opening pattern. The main CPU selects the second opening pattern in determining a non-specific jackpot when a game ball enters a first start winning device, selects the second opening pattern at least at the same rate as the rate of determining the non-specific jackpot in the first start winning device in determining a specific jackpot when a game ball enters a second start winning device, and selects the first opening pattern in determining the non-specific jackpot.
