PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and beautifully attach a panel for covering the upper part of a rear part side of a top board with neither executing an extra work to the top board nor using a special attachment member by forming the panel for covering the upper part of the rear part side separately from a panel for covering the rear part of the top board. SOLUTION: A hard panel 13 for covering the rear part of the top board 4 and facing in the vertical direction is attached to a desk 1 with its upper part projecting upward the top board 4, and the lower end of a cross panel 26 for covering the upper part of the rear part side of the top board 4 is attached to the upper end of the hard panel 13.
