PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sowing by which the efficiency in germination and rooting is good and foreign materials scarcely stick to harvests. SOLUTION: The method for sowing comprises covering a soil surface in a sowing region with a root-penetrating sheet 14 and sowing seeds thereon.
