摘要 The invention relates to a measuring device for the non-invasive determination of at least one physiological parameter, said device comprising a diagnostic sensor unit for generating measuring signals, and an evaluation unit (140) for processing the measuring signals. The aim of the invention is to provide a device for the non-invasive determination of physiological parameters, with an improved operability compared to prior art, and to especially create an appliance which can be used comfortably and frequently by the user in order to enable the reliable and early detection of diseases, and the continuous monitoring of existing diseases. To this end, the diagnostic sensor unit is built into the keyboard (3) of a computer (2) or into a mobile appliance (10) in the fields of entertainment or communication, or can be connected to same. The diagnostic sensor unit comprises: an optical measuring unit (100) having at least one radiation source (4) for irradiating body tissue (240) to be examined and at least one radiation sensor (5) for detecting the radiation scattered and/or transmitted by the body tissue (240), and/or an ECG unit (132) for detecting an ECG signal by means of at least two ECG electrodes (7), and/or a temperature or heat sensor (6), and/or a bioelectrical impedence measuring unit (130).
