The grass paver (1) has multiple longitudinal and transverse bases (2, 3) rossed with each other and formed between paver's openings (4). Openings are provided in the bars and are closed to a partial length at its periphery. The openings are filled with soil material and are connected with the paver's openings. The openings are arranged at a distance from upper and lower surfaces of the paver. The bases are partially profiled and are provided with projections. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a grass paver.
