<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing structure which reduces material costs regardless of the number of products to be stored, and is easily assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The packing structure is equipped with an upper partitioning member 2 and a lower partitioning member 3 which have a plurality of upper storing holes 25 and lower storing holes 35 for storing the products, respectively, and first and second holding boards 4 and 5 (holding members). A plurality of slits 11 are formed on the upper and lower partitioning members 2 and 3.
