<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device of lighting state of a lighting lamp capable of detecting a lighting state or a non-lighting state of the lamp, without need of mounting a sensor on the lamp or arranging a patrol vehicle at night. <P>SOLUTION: In the detection device of lighting state of a lighting lamp detecting a lighting state or a non-lighting state of a plurality of lighting lamps installed in a wide area, installation sites of the lamps are identified by matching map information 31, 32 of object sites for detection preset by latitude-longitude information and photo information 33 taking photo of the object sites for detection from the sky, and a lighting state or a non-lighting state of each lighting lamp is detected by corresponding a lighting state or a non-lighting state of the lamps on the photo information and locations of the lamps set on the map information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
