PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass-fiber sizing agent which imparts an improved impact strength to a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 6 and polyamide 6,6. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a polyurethan- polyurea dispersion comprising a structure unit represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 is an aliphatic group or an alicyclic group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms and R2 is an aliphatic group having 3 to 5 carbon atoms).
