PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, with imaging function which can be held in an comfortable attitude without moving wrists, elbows, shoulders and the like, even when it is desired to change the aspect ratio of the image to be photographed, as well as, with which camera shake will not be generated, when a shutter button is depressed. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 30 with the imaging function includes a first casing 32, having an imaging portion 54 with which image can be photographed, and a second casing 34, equipped with a display 40 which displays an image photographed by the imaging portion 54. Furthermore, the mobile terminal includes an angle-detecting means 66 for detecting the state of the angle of the second casing 34 with respect to the first casing 32; and a controller 70 for deciding and controlling the direction at making the image photographed by the imaging portion 54 displayed on the display 40, based on the angle detected by the angle-detecting means 66.
