摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored writing utensil and a colored liquid coating each as an application of higher added value for utilizing waste toner. SOLUTION: The colored writing utensil is such as to be formed by subjecting colored microparticles comprising a binder resin, a colorant and a releasant to compression hardening.
