PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike member conveying device improving accuracy of double feed detection. SOLUTION: This sheetlike member conveying device 101 is provided with a control means 102, an ultrasonic wave transmitting means 103, an ultrasonic wave receiving means 104, and an operation part 105. The control means 102 has a control adjustment means 102D, an ultrasonic wave double feed detection circuit 102E, and a coordinate input circuit 102F. The ultrasonic wave double feed detection circuit 102E detects double feed by controlling the ultrasonic wave transmitting means 103 and ultrasonic wave receiving means 104. The coordinate input circuit 102F detects input operation by pressurization of an operator through the operation part 105. The control adjustment means 102D adjusts ultrasonic wave double feed detecting operation and coordinate detecting operation so as to avoid interference of the ultrasonic wave double feed detecting operation by the ultrasonic wave double feed detection circuit 102E with the coordinate detecting operation by the coordinate input circuit 102F.
