PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in work by avoiding interference of a tension wire and a tension adjusting cylinder with peripheral structures and preventing a change in a fleet angle of the tension wire, in a crane device with a telescopic boom. SOLUTION: The tension wire 11 composing the whole or a part of a second tension member 8 is delivered from a winch 14 arranged on a mast 4 by partially overlapping a drum 14a, passed through the inside of the mast 4, and wound around sheaves 16, 17 arranged at the end 4b of the mast 4. In the mast 4, the tension wire 11 is stored inside of the mast 4. For example, when the mast 4 is separated from or approaches the telescopic boom 3 in association with erecting/storing operation of the mast, the tension wire 11 is previously and certainly prevented from being damaged by being interfered with the telescopic boom 3 or the other structures arranged around it.
