PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure for a flat TV in which a volume of the packaging structure can be effectively reduced. SOLUTION: This packaging structure comprises an outer box 3, a bottom box 31 and two packing members 33. The bottom box 31 is arranged at the bottom surface in the outer box 3 and its bottom surface is applied for covering and enclosing the upper end of a display panel of a flat TV. The two packing members 33 are arranged at the upper portion within the outer box 3, each of the bottom ends facing against the display panel is provided with the first two storing grooves 330 applied for covering and enclosing the bottom end of the display panel, and each of top surfaces of these members is additionally provided with second storing grooves 332 applied for covering and enclosing a bottom table 42 of the flat TV. In this way, the display panel and the bottom table 42 can be packaged together within the same packaging structure and a volume of the packaging structure can be effectively reduced.
