PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing a camera by which a picture is taken in a state in which a camera such as a video camera, a still camera and a camera for photo mail or the like is not held with hands, and shooting by the camera can be performed simultaneously with video recording, and further a tripod installation place need not be secured as in the conventional manner. SOLUTION: The device for fixing a camera has a U-shaped neck bar which is put around user's neck, a fixed bar which is coupled with the neck bar to be put on through joint parts so as to freely turn, and a fixed base which is a base provided in the fixed bar and to which the camera is mounted.
