PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively simple structured illegal act detector and a pachinko game machine that can detect both an illegal act using magnet and an illegal act adding a shock. SOLUTION: As sown in Fig.(a), when a player approximates or contacts a powerful inductive magnet 40 to or with the vicinity of a specific prize winning port 11 of a front glass 13, the ferromagnetic material 28 is attracted and the arm 24 swings clockwise against the weight or the spring force of an extension coil spring 26. In addition, when the player adds a strong shock to the outside frame 2 of a pachinko game machine 1 or shakes the pachinko game machine 1, the force is transmitted to an illegal act detector 21 via a game board 3 or a main control board case 6 and the arm 24 is swung as shown in Fig.(b).
