A pipette core member is used in a pipette for sampling a specimen. This pipette core member comprises a pump member including a reservoir communicating with one of the suction/exhaust ports of an electric penetration pump, and having the electric penetration pump and the reservoir integrated with each other, and a capillary connected with the electric penetration pump and communicating with the other suction/exhaust port of the electric penetration pump. The capillary is fixed with respect to the pump member.
