<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system and a service provision method, allowing improvement of convenience of service related to charge payment or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This service provision system has: a server 1 storing power transmission information of electricity and payment information of an electricity charge related to a customer as customer information according to identification information of the customer; a money handling device 3H handling money; a display part 3C displaying information; a touch panel 3F for inputting the information; and a processing part 3A. The processing part 3A reads the customer information corresponding to the identification information from the server 1 according to a request for electricity charge payment reference input after inquiry of the identification information of the customer input to the touch panel 3F, displays unpaid information of the electricity charge on the display part 3C by use of the customer information, displays inquiry of possibility/impossibility of power transmission when the power transmission information shows a state of power transmission suspension when receiving the unpaid electricity charge by the money handling device 3H, and thereafter decides whether to release the power transmission suspension or not according to an instruction input to the touch panel 3F to the inquiry to perform charge payment processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
