PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation mediation system, a presentation arrangement system, a presentation mediation program and a presentation arrangement program for enabling a third person to present a gift to a traveler who does not have any fixed presentation destination.

SOLUTION: This presentation mediation system 10 for mediating the presentation of a gift from a user to a traveler is provided with: an accepting part for accepting the travel destination information and traveler information of a traveler 7 from a user terminal 5; a selection part for selecting a presentation arrangement system 20 which instructs arrangement to an arrangement undertaker at the travel destination of the traveler 7 based on the travel destination information; a mediation side collation part for collating the traveler information stored in the presentation arrangement system with the traveler information accepted from the user terminal 5; and a choice transmission part for transmitting the choice information of a gift to be arranged to the traveler 7 to the user terminal 5 when it is decided that the matched traveler information is present as the result of collation.
