<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while various prediction in currently conducted market survey is carried out by gathering a group having specific resources (address, age, sex, and occupation or the like) as a mainstream, it is necessary to collect many respondents, or to select respondents who have especially excellent quality, and that there does not exist any mechanism for enabling individuals connected to the Internent to conveniently cooperate with the survey, and to receive proper rewards corresponding to their own capabilities. <P>SOLUTION: The group of respondents showing outstanding knowledge is secured by using a means for specifying individuals from among unspecific large number of participants, and by providing a response history storage means having the past response history.
