<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add security to display of confidential information capable of being displayed on an electronic shelf tag. <P>SOLUTION: In this information display system, each information display terminal 2 is grouped into a plurality of groups. Each the group is provided with one user ID (Identification) recognition device 7 such that the user ID recognition device 7 can freely communicate with a server device 1. When a user ID is recognized in any user ID recognition device 7, the server device 1 distributes a changeover permission signal to all the information display terminals 2 classified into the group to which the user ID recognition device belongs. Each the information display terminal 2 stores a plurality of kinds of pieces of display information, and makes a display part display prescribed display information thereamong. When receiving the changeover permission signal from the server device, the information display terminal 2 changes over the display information of the display part to the other display information stored in a display information storage part only for a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
