PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle in which protection of a driving device and achievement for a driving request are both established.

SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 comprises the driving device 11 for applying a driving force to a wheel 38, a braking device 88 for applying a braking force to the wheel 38, and a control device 50 for controlling the driving device 11 and the braking device 88. The control device 50 makes the driving device 11 generate the driving force which is the same as a driving force request (Acc) if the driving device 11 does not operate in an operation inhibited area though the driving force which is the same as the driving force request (Acc) is generated by the driving device 11 when a traveling direction of the vehicle 1 and a direction to which the driving force being acted are opposite to each other. The control device makes the braking device 88 operate in response to the driving force request (Acc) when the driving device operates in the operation inhibited area if the driving force which is the same as the driving force request (Acc) is generated by the driving device.
