<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the depth in vertical direction and condensing intensity of a light distribution pattern by one lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle lamp unit is provided with a reflector 40 having a parabolic cylindrical reflection surface with a focal line in horizontal direction, a semiconductor light-emitting element part 10 having as a light emitting face a nearly rectangular region which has a long side in parallel direction with the focal line and a short side of a prescribed width, and a drive part 20 which supports rotatably the semiconductor light-emitting part 10 with the light-emitting face opposed to the parabolic cylindrical reflection face and the long side W1 on the lamp front side arranged so as to be nearly coinciding with the focal line, using the long side W1 on the lamp front side as a rotating axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
