PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an approximate present position of a user by using a cell ID method and a geomagnetic sensor, and to acquire necessary information therefrom. SOLUTION: A cellphone 100 acquires cell ID information based on base station information, and detects an absolute direction by means of the geomagnetic sensor to transmit acquired information to a simple navigation server 200.
