PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heparin preparation superior in stability in heating and storing and suppressed in coloring, and a method of stabilizing the heparin preparation and a method of suppressing the coloring of it. SOLUTION: The heparin preparation characterised by containing the heparin or its salt, tris-hydroxymethylaminomethane or its acid addition salt, and gluconic acid or its salt is provided.
