PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing deterioration of display performance and furthermore, capable of improving production yield. SOLUTION: The display device having a display area consisting of a plurality of pixels arranged in delta form includes a pixel circuit arranged for every pixel on a support substrate, a first electrode which is arranged for every pixel and connected to the pixel circuit, a barrier rib 70 which demarcates each pixel and exposes the first electrode in right hexagonal shape, a photoactive layer 64 which is arranged on the first electrode 60 exposed from the barrier rib 70, and a second electrode 66 arranged on the photoactive layer 64.
