PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly store a trunk board, when the trunk board for covering an upper surface of a cargo compartment space formed in a rear part of a floor panel is not used. SOLUTION: This vehicle has the floor panel 1 forming a bottom part of a cabin, a pair of right-left seat trails 8 arranged so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of a car body along this floor panel 1, and an occupant seat 3 slidably supported along this seat rails 8. The downward recessed cargo compartment space 7 is formed in the rear part of the floor panel 1, and the trunk board 10 is arranged for covering the upper surface of this cargo compartment space, and a storage support part 21 of the trunk board 10 is arranged between the right-left seat rails 8.
